Can I try Brilliant Harvest before committing?
Yes — we offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. No credit card required. You'll have full access to your chosen plan's features from day one.
What happens if I exceed my farm or acreage limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan at any time, and the upgrade takes effect immediately with prorated billing. We never cut off access unexpectedly.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year at a 20% discount compared to monthly pricing. You can switch to annual billing at any time from your account settings.
What IoT sensor hardware is compatible?
Brilliant Harvest supports over 200 sensor models across all major agriculture hardware manufacturers. Our open API also allows integration with custom or proprietary sensor systems on Harvest and Enterprise plans.
Can I add more user seats or sensors to my plan?
Yes. Additional user seats and sensor connections can be added à la carte to any plan. Contact our team for add-on pricing, or consider upgrading to the next tier for the best value.
Is my farm data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We are SOC 2 Type II certified and never sell or share your farm data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What does the Enterprise on-premise option include?
Enterprise on-premise deployments include the full Brilliant Harvest platform installed within your own infrastructure — either on bare-metal servers or a private cloud environment. Our team handles initial setup, migration, and ongoing support under a dedicated SLA.
