Remi Schmaltz
Chief Executive Officer
Remi brings over fifteen years of experience at the intersection of agronomy and enterprise software. Before founding Brilliant Harvest, he led precision agriculture programs for large-scale grain operations across the Pacific Northwest, gaining firsthand insight into where technology could most effectively reduce waste and improve yields. Remi holds a degree in agricultural systems management and an MBA from the University of Oregon.
Marcus Tanaka
Head of AgriTech Engineering
Marcus leads the engineering team responsible for Brilliant Harvest's IoT sensor infrastructure, data pipeline architecture, and machine learning models. He previously built distributed sensing systems for environmental monitoring at a clean energy startup and holds a master's degree in electrical engineering with a specialization in embedded systems from Oregon State University.
Sonia Reyes
VP of Farmer Success
Sonia oversees all aspects of farmer onboarding, training, and ongoing support at Brilliant Harvest. With a background in agricultural extension services and a passion for practical education, she has designed the onboarding programs that consistently achieve first-season ROI across the company's customer base. Sonia grew up on a family vegetable farm in southern Oregon and holds a degree in agricultural education.
